The location was good, just few minutes from the center.

The location is excellent, in quite and green street only few meters from Ku'Damme and U-Bahn.

The bathroom is very, very small, the carpets and walls are dirty and the whole hotel should be renovated.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff were helpful, especially when we were grounded by the volcanic ash thing, and didn't charge us for an extra night when we suddenly managed to get tickets on a bus out. The breakfast buffet is excellent and outstanding value.

Nice little hotel, good breakfast included; quiet place; very near of Zoologistergarten station (train and subway).

Location is really perfect. Towels was changed each day.It's ok for that price.

Very small room. Shower was broken and very dirty. Everything in hotel is very old and smell bad. Breakfast is ok, but coffee is really terrible.

Location was Ideal! Price was nice. Staff was very nice. upgraded us to a bigger room as I Had two small children / No extra Charge. Breakfast was nice. Close to Zoo, train station and shopping. Lots of Places to eat within walking distance. Would stay here again!

No Complaints. It was an Older hotel, and we knew that going into it, so I knew what to expect. Stayed in the front of hotel, kinda busy, but we didnt have a problem with it.

Excellent brealfast, good-accesible use of the computer and general friendliness of the staff.

Because we are older people it would have been nice to have a better elevator to access the rooms. Maybe an explanation about the use of the available elevator should appear in the list of the characteristics of this hotel.

Hotels need definite renovation

The location is right in the middle of Ku'damm shopping area & 2 bus stops to Zoo station or 10 minutes easy walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, it has a common lounge with a television and a computer. Breakfast is good. The room is clean and quiet. I feel the area is safe.

The hotel staff is polite and efficient however they could have been a little chattier to the guests.

The location is perfect! It's just 50 meters from Kudam, in the center of it. Breakfast was ok, room is clean but a little poorly furnitured.

What was really bad - is the greatest noic from the yard at 6.30 - the workers took away the garbidge over the stone pavement. You can not sleep in such a noise! Although the hotel has a perfect central location I can recommend it only for those who wake up very early in the morning.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Convenient transportation. Courteous service. Good price. Comfortable beds.We are happy to come back to this hotel.

Old furniture. Small bathroom. There is no lift. Everything else is great, warm, clean and cozy.

The staff was great. Anton was superb and also a young Ukranian girl was extremely friendly. My room was very small but clean.

It was too expensive for what is offered. My view was of the backyard. Could easily be redecorated cheaply. I am offering my help and will do a superb job to give it a bit of home !

Location, price, large room, breakfest included.
